Senior Data Scientist

> We are looking for a senior Data Scientist, who has at least 2-4 years experience, willing to join a growing, ambitious & international team based in Paris.

Responsibilities:

• Build predictive scores that help interpret consumer behavior and identify prospects on different levels of marketing funnel
  
• Learn media tactics and technologies and design testing methodologies to measure incrementality of media investments
  
• Understand digital data world with its limitations and assess potential modeling risks/biases
  
• Perform data analyses such as statistical hypothesis testing, time-series regressions, optimization models, and custom analytics
  
• Have a deep understanding of model inputs, outputs, and mechanics to check and interpret model results
  
• Learn modeling methodologies that support attribution of media spend
  
• Develop KPIs that measure performance of media investment
  
• Develop methodologies for optimization of media budget
  
• Validate and critique analytics and models built by internal and external partners
  

Requirements:

• Master in Computer Science or similar applied technical field
  
• 4+ years of quantitative work experience and/or coursework involving database architecture, scripting, ETL, statistics, modeling, and optimization methods, machine-learning projects
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced, test-driven collaborative and iterative programming environment
  
• Required – advanced knowledge in each of the following areas: SQL; Statistical tools: (R, Python or SAS); Excel; Preferred – knowledge of: Alteryx, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, MongoDB, Spark, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Suite, Adobe Analytics, Visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI
  
  
• Experience with Hadoop/Hbase/Pig or MapReduce/Mahout/Bigtable is a plus
